Two players celebrate on the green while a third looks on during the three-on-three.
Bryan Bros x Bob Does Sports
It was a pre-planned attack 👀
Wesley and Bob wanted to get in my head. All it did was make me lock in.
Hey y’all,
This one was great. The three-on-three with Bob and Grant is out, and I need to talk about that celebration, the growl, and what it did to me on the ninth hole.
Plus why Wesley and Bob work so well together, FP holing out from nowhere, and a new face on the Bryan Bros team.

01The celebration

It was a pre-planned attack
Exactly what Bob asked for. Ten out of ten.
Wesley does some crazy stuff, as y’all know, and this was planned. Him and Bob just work really well together, and they decided they wanted to do something fun and crazy. We all wanted to win this three v three pretty badly. We always take it seriously, but this time we were out to have a winner and a loser. So they figured, A, it makes for good content, and B, they really wanted to throw something in my face.

They got together, and boy, it was ten out of ten, exactly what Bob asked for. And it made me extremely upset, because it had a hint of real to it. It was Wesley. He did not mean it like that. He just wanted to be ridiculous and get in my head. But that growl was next level. I was like, God, that was awful.

Now I am upset, I want to beat you really bad, and I am going to lock in more than I have locked in in a long time.
02Wesley and Bob

They know how to push buttons
A perfect storm in a golf cart.
I can speak on Wesley for this one. Him and Bob just gel so well together. They are alike in a lot of ways, and they are both competitors. They know how to talk crap and do it well, and they take it pretty well too.

So it is a perfect storm. They can push buttons, they are not afraid of people talking back, and they are funny together, which makes for good cart cams and good content. And in the moment, Wesley was legitimately amped up because Bob made that putt. He was like, this is my guy Bob, he told me to do this, he is my boy, I am riding.

When those two conspire on something, you know it is going to be a good, personalized attack.
03Peak Bob Does Sports

Bob duffs it, then FP holes a five iron
It sums up our week with Bob and Grant perfectly.
Is there a more Bob Does Sports moment? Not really. Bob is playing some bad golf right now, and the tough part is that it is not a lack of effort. He is trying really hard and he wants to play good. Then he hits just an awful shot. And right after, FP holes a five iron, a very difficult shot, out of nowhere.
Three players celebrate in the fairway beside the golf carts.
Out of nowhere.
You are not expecting anyone to hole out, especially to a front-right pin. We were sitting there talking numbers, working out where the match stood, and all of a sudden it goes in. I was like, huh? I was not mad that he made it. I was so shocked that I did not know how to react, and I kind of missed the reaction. Oh, it went in. Good shot, FP.

When you get all of us together, the matches come down to the wire, and you get funny, insane moments that only happen with Bob, Wesley and the crew.
04The ninth hole

The best drive I hit all day
The dust has settled. I am not mad at Wesley.
I am not mad at Wesley. I was annoyed that he went that deep, but him and Bob wanted to do something funny and get under my skin, and he went over the top. It definitely fueled my fire. I got mad, and I used it to motivate me to lock in and bury those guys.

That drive on nine was the best one I hit all day. Then a great wedge shot and a good putt. Three great shots. They missed their putt, and I buried mine. The ball speed? I have lost a lot of speed since the injury, but it was probably 175, 176 mph, which for me is not bad. Could be 174.

Then we went on to alternate shot and got off to a hot start. I will not spoil it, because that video just came out.
New on the team
Welcome, Justin Charles
A great editor, and he does a lot more than edit.
We are excited to bring Justin Charles into the mix. He is a great editor and he does a lot. He has done YGT filming and a lot of graphic work, and when YGT comes around, Carney and Cam cannot do it all.

We want to keep growing Bryan Bros and keep putting out stuff that is fun, and we needed another editor who can also film. As much traveling as we do, having someone who can always be at home base, starting on a video or cutting footage together, makes everyone’s life a little less hectic.

And even if we did not need the help, if we have the opportunity to bring in someone like Justin to help grow Bryan Bros, we wanted to take it.
Great hire. I think it is going to elevate everything Bryan Bros, and it is going to make what we do more fun. Shout out, Justin.

That is the week.
A growl, a hole-out from nowhere, and a new editor on the team.
